Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Notice for Priyank Unique Apps ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:

  • Download and use our mobile application (Battery Inspector), or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
  • Use Battery Inspector — a utility app that helps users understand their smartphone's battery condition and monitor its performance. Users can check battery health, run battery diagnostics, monitor battery temperature, view charging information, and identify potential battery-related issues. The app provides an easy-to-understand overview of battery performance, helping users make informed decisions about battery usage, charging habits, and device maintenance.
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

Note: The accuracy and availability of battery health metrics depend on the Android device and the information provided by its operating system. The app provides diagnostic indicators, not a guarantee that every battery fault can be detected.

Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. We are responsible for making decisions about how your personal information is processed. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at priyankgandhi000@gmail.com.

Summary of key points

This summary provides key points from our Privacy Notice — you can find out more detail about any of these topics in the full sections below or the table of contents.

1.What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive information

We do not process sensitive information.

Application data

If you use our application, we may also collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

  • Mobile device access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your device's sensors and other features. You can change these permissions at any time in your device's settings.
  • Mobile device data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and IP address (or proxy server). We may also collect information about the phone network associated with your device, its platform, and the app features you accessed.
  • Push notifications. We may request to send you push notifications about certain features of the application. You can opt out of these at any time in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate — please notify us of any changes.

Information automatically collected

In short: Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you use our Services.

This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. It is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. This includes:

  • Log and usage data. Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services, recorded in log files — potentially including IP address, device information, browser type and settings, activity in the Services (date/time stamps, pages and files viewed, actions taken), and device event information (system activity, crash reports, hardware settings).
  • Device data. Information about the computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services, which may include IP address, device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, internet service provider/mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.How do we process your information?

In short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons depending on how you interact with our Services, including to save or protect an individual's vital interest — for example, we may process your information when necessary to prevent harm.

3.What legal bases do we rely on to process your information?

In short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so — such as your consent, to comply with laws, to fulfil our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in the EU or UK

The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on to process your personal information, including:

  • Consent — where you have given us permission to use your information for a specific purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Legal obligations — where processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as cooperating with a law enforcement body, exercising or defending our legal rights, or disclosing information as evidence in litigation.
  • Vital interests — where processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to safety.

If you are located in Canada

We may process your information where you have given express consent, or where consent can reasonably be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

In some exceptional cases we may be legally permitted to process your information without consent, for example: where collection is clearly in your interest and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way; for investigations and fraud detection/prevention; for certain business transactions; where contained in a witness statement necessary to process an insurance claim; to identify injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicate with next of kin; where we have reasonable grounds to believe someone has been a victim of financial abuse; where obtaining consent would compromise the availability or accuracy of information needed to investigate a breach of law; where disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, or court order; where produced by an individual in the course of their employment or profession; for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes; or where the information is publicly available as specified by regulation.

4.When and with whom do we share your personal information?

In short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.

Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5.What is our stance on third-party websites?

In short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to, or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with our Services.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications, and/or contain advertisements from third parties not affiliated with us. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of any such third parties and are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of them. A link does not imply our endorsement. Any data you provide to third-party sites is not covered by this Privacy Notice — please review their own privacy policies directly.

6.Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some of these help us maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage, display, and tailor advertisements to your interests, which may appear on our Services or elsewhere.

Where these technologies are deemed a "sale"/"sharing" (including targeted advertising) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in US residents' specific privacy rights below.

Google Analytics. We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services, including Remarketing with Google Analytics. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Ads Settings, or via optout.networkadvertising.org and networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice. For more on Google's privacy practices, see the Google Privacy & Terms page.

7.How long do we keep your information?

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that isn't possible (e.g. information stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8.How do we keep your information safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security and improperly access, collect, steal, or modify your information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk — please only access the Services within a secure environment.

9.What are your privacy rights?

In short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or region (such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Canada), you may have rights that give you greater access to and control over your personal information, and may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

In some regions you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, which may include the right to: (i) request access to and a copy of your personal information; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) data portability, where applicable; and (v) not be subject to solely automated decision-making. Where such a decision produces legal or similarly significant effects, we will inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a simple way to request human review. In certain circumstances you may also have the right to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in How can you contact us? We will consider and act on any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you are located in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain to us directly — in addition to your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How to contact us about a complaint

Online: codonnier.com/contact-us
Email: priyankgandhi000@gmail.com

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it, investigate without unjustifiable or excessive delay, and keep you informed of progress and the outcome. If you are not satisfied with our final response, you can refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority — website: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, helpline: 0303 123 1113, post: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State or UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details in How can you contact us? This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, nor, where applicable law allows, processing conducted in reliance on lawful grounds other than consent. If you have questions about your privacy rights, email us at priyankgandhi000@gmail.com.

10.Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference not to have your online browsing activity monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in future, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to web browser DNT signals — because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring them, we do not respond to them at this time.

11.Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy of, or delete it, and withdraw your consent to our processing. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
